A small kitchen with an honest temper.

Hanoi Quan opened quietly on Birmensdorferstrasse and word travelled fast. Our cooking comes straight from northern Vietnam: clear broths drawn from bone and marrow over hours, pork grilled over open charcoal, and a fistful of fresh herbs on every plate.

We don't reach for MSG. The sweetness you taste comes from the meat and the patience — nothing else. It is the food of Hanoi's old quarter, served in a room that feels like a friend's house.
